Ruffled White Cotton Lightweight Blouse w/ Mother of Pearl Buttons L/XL

Beautiful yet simple white cotton blouse with amazing ruffle placket and neckline. Features mother of pearl buttons on placket and cuffs and one extra. Washed but never worn, and could definitely use a steaming to get the ruffles aligned. No label as I purchased this from a local boutique, but this is an all cotton blouse. Please note it is summer weight, ie a thinner cotton and therefore would need a camisole underneath since it is not opaque. No size on it but likely between large and XL. Measurements (no stretch): Shoulder to shoulder: Bust: 44" Sleeve: 24" Width at hem: 21" Length from back collar to hem: 23"
