Ruffled black blouse

Black (true dark black) sleeveless blouse with ruffled collar. The collar stays put as you see it. It is fully lined and has a hidden centre back zipper. Fits to firm and has some stretch. Don’t need to iron! 52%polyester, 41%spandex, 7%nylon. Lining 100% polyester. Dressy/formal
