Ruffled full long skirt/pant

It’s like a skort, but pants. Regular red pants with a skirt “cape” that wraps around and ties at the front. Lots of ruffles and movement. Tag says 3xl, but there’s no way. An XL is more realistic. Side zip. No tags inside, most likely a polyester - no stretch and a slinky feel. Laying flat waist is 24” Pant inseam is 30” Ruffled skirt falls at it longest at the back an additional 1 1/2 inches.
