Ruffled lightweight minidresses that gives off fun & flirty appeal

Cute black mini dress with ruffled accents along sleeves and hem. Has a unique skirt that wraps over the front of the tunic portion of the dress. Not a wrap dress but it simply has a front overlay and a back tie belt to bow on the side or back; personally, I tied it on the side. It’s super cute and fully lined. It really gives flirty vibes.
