❤️ Ruffled off the shoulder black romper shorts

SO cute! One piece romper that you can wear on the shoulders or off! The fabric is linen like and cool in the summer heat! It's a one piece, that looks like two and is very flattering. It says small, but there's lots of stretch, I fit it (M/L). Add a low slung belt to dress it up! The pictures don't do it justice! If it doesn't sell by summer, I'll wear it again, I love it so much!
