Ruffled pleated lined romper shortall

EUC - minor wear - belt and belt loops removed - definitely didn’t need a belt. USM- best guess us10/12. Label says USL but fits smaller. Mannequin is 36B/C bust with a 26” waist - so a solid US8 or Medium Black with forest green lining. Adjustable spaghetti straps to a ruffled bustier. Empire waist to large pleated shorts. Discrete full length back zipper. Fully lined in cotton. D0604
