Ruffled polka dot sundress

Light and flowy spaghetti strap dress in a soft rayon fabric. Ruffle detail at the chest, and a tie at the waist. So adorable for spring/summer... or wear with a cardigan and tights for cooler days. Tag say small, but I accidentally shrunk this, so it fits like an extra small... unfortunately too small for me now :(
