Ruffwear K9 float coat dog life jacket XS

Brand new with tags Ended up using a different one for our pup. Size is XS but I’d say it’s more of a SMALL - it’s good for a 12-20lb dog depending on build. Straps are adjustable. Our dog is a 13lb Pom mix and we had all straps on smallest setting when trying on. 10” length along top where the strap is and 13” from back of the item to very front of the neck strap… so might work for a dog up to 17” length… 17” circumference on the inside of the belly when straps are done up at tightest setting.
