Rugrats Baby Dill Pickles “Stop My Hiccups” Doll. 1998 by Mattel. This doll used to bop his head up and down as he hiccuped but this mechanism no longer functions. (There must be a loose connection somewhere as I hear it “trying”to start when I turn it on). Otherwise he’s in decent condition with a one or two light marks (see photo of body).
