Please see measurement photos to confirm fit. No fabric tag, but the black is polar fleece and the blue is a windproof material. In great condition with 1 smalll hole that was repaired. Not noticeable as it is close to the edge. On the fleece side you can’t see it, and hardly noticeable on the flat side. See last 2 photos.
