Russian Ukrainian Cossack pattern relief pillar candle

A relief candle with a detailed, possibly antique design. Looks to be a vintage depiction of times past of great significance. Got at an estate sale. Pillar candle or relief candles are decorative candles where the design is raised from the surface, creating a three-dimensional effect. The candle appears to be made of wax, with a carved or molded pattern around the main body A great work of art, handcrafted The candle is never used, minor wear on the bottom from storage during the years There are a few bumps and flat spots, but these just seem to enhance the overall rustic look. I see a medieval soldier, my guess is a Cossack on horse, yielding a sabre in the foreground while there is a worker in town in the background, a person holding a hammer or stick? There is a double headed eagle on the left upper corner, which makes me think this is Russian (since shows a Cossack) as they used the double headed eagle emblem during the time period based on a brief research.
