S 08 21” Bust Netted Fringed Dress

Netting has stretch so you can wear this loose as an XS or stretched a bit to fit as a L. Fringe is hand knitted at the top which cuts down on tangling but is also a sign of quality. Great piece to layer over a slip as a dress or as a beach cover up or as a lingerie dress.
