S Vintage Handwoven Dancing Skirt

Vintage and vibrant handmade skirt with a multicolor woven scale pattern and side zipper. The material appears to be a type of woven plastic that makes a really great sounds when you hula! In good preowned condition with some imperfections and signs of wear - discoloration on a white section on the back (see pictures), and a couple areas of the weave are sticking out. Still very beautiful and a truly special piece.
