janem1313 @atbaileyrussell Hi, it really depends on your body type. I am always a size small in dresses but the issue I had with this particular style is the width. I am curvy, 34D so because this is a wrap style it would barely close over my chest area. I think if you have curvier hips and chest a medium would be better.
