XL Shiney Blue EUC - never worn Unbranded Size XL midi dress with a shiney chambray look to it. It ties up over the shoulders through some fabric and then a bow. A lot of the back does show. On my mannequin it dosent quite show the right look as she is a small and the dress is an XL. Measurements are approximate because you can tie it looser or tighter. 19.5" p2p 16.5" at elastic waist unstretched easily stretched to 20" 48.5" shoulder to hem length
