Vintage Handmade Pleated Dress

I bought this dress in London, UK from a vintage shop and wore it once. It is handmade and features a cut out under the bust and in the back. In fair condition with some small stains on the inside bust. Small stains and minor pulling on the chiffon (see pictures). Hard to see when worn because of the pleats. Clean finish with no raw seems.
