***small flaw*** one of the button loops at halter needs repair. Wide leg ribbed velvet almost like courduroy, open back with elastic at waist and has pockets. Super cute almost retro looking outfit. Inseam is around 33-34 inches, waist is 13.5 but very stretchy in the back, can’t measure the bust due to the open back
