Shaped in a baroque style, they are Elsa Schiaparelli's dream-like take on "Cocteau's Eye". The "eye" - all-seeing or otherwise, is a common motif in Surrealist art, as embodied in the classic scene in "Un Chien Andalou". Cocteau's Eye is here given a heavy baroque stylization. Feature a stem and clip closure. Additional earring backings included for extra support. Schiaparelli’s signature logo is engraved on the back.
