Would you say this runs small or large? I’m a small-medium with a bit of a large bust and hip.

@topangamurray the sides of the dress have ties that make it quite easy to adjust to your liking around the waist. I’m a small-medium as well and this fits me well.The bust is smocked so it has give, I am on the small end though. I can give measurements if that helps.
