SEARS 2010 rare collectible Christmas bear

I had big plans to collect them all. But life happened. Only selling because now we know we will never get the whole collection, and the child's skating lessons won't pay for by themselves (thanks for your support, btw!) I believe it's from Sears (but could be from the Bay, if it is, please message me to correct)
