SEIKOSHI Parallel Rolling Metric Ruler 30 cm Bilingual Instructions

Clear plastic rolling ruler has measurements in CENTIMETERS only, 30 cm long. (No inches.) There is a small hole beside each centimeter mark to insert a pen/pencil in order to make parallel marks horizontally, vertically, or to make squares, rectangles, or to make circles, curves, arcs. Can also be used to draw angles. Transparent design with clear markings. Ideal for drafting and design work. Bilingual Instructions are on back of box.
