Flaw: There is a small tear in the hem due to being stepped on but it is covered when wearing due to the skirt overlay. The top is sequin covered and all navy. It has sewn in cups, not made for large chested women. It has a zipper that undoes the back to allow fit, it is not stretchy. Skirt has a few layers, including crinoline to give it some volume. Skirt is pleated at the waist and has a hidden zipper at the back.
