Most of them I've never worn, and the rest have only been worn once or twice, aside from one of the short ones which came with the piercing. ALL HAVE BEEN SANITIZED: Soaked (with the fasteners off) in 99% Alcohol. You can also re-sanitize them yourself if you wish (I would). If you are extra concerned, you can also pay any reputable piercing shop to sanitize them fully for you in an autoclave at a small cost. I have no idea what the exact composition of metals of all are, and can make NO guarantees. I would bet that they're all at least surgical steel, if not better quality materials, because they were all purchased from either professional piercing shops or online piercing retailers, but again, I cannot confirm independently and therefore make no guarantees. For the small ones (top row, left to right), the gems are (colors): dark plum (burgundy/purple/wine color), a sparkly light/medium purple, and sparkly light neon pink.
