We are offering together as a single lot this set of five matching vintage hollow handle luncheon knives in the 'Dorothy Vernon' pattern, a product of the McGlashan Clarke Company of Niagara Falls, Ontario. The pattern was made exclusively for the T. Eaton Co., Canada's premier retailer from the late 19th to the mid 20th century, and sold under their 'Haddon Hall' brand.
Each knife is a little shorter than the dinner knife at 8 1/2 inches long. It has a silverplate handle and a stainless steel blade in the traditional French shape. All five of them are in excellent condition, with a full liquid shine to the silver and without any substantial evidence of use.
Very nice!
(The dark marks in the photos are from reflections on the silver, which is clean and brilliantly shiny!)
AND IF YOUR SET NEEDS DINNER KNIVES - WE HAVE SOME OF THOSE LISTED TOO! CHECK IT OUT!
