SHAWL, RUSSIAN SQUIRREL, 1957, GREY BACKS/WHITE BELLIES, EACH OF THE FOUR IS 28 X 3 INCHES, LOOKS UNWORN, WHOLE ANIMALS WITH GLASS EYES, HAS CROCHETED CLASP AND DOME CLOSURE, FUR IS THICK AND SOFT, CLEAN AND FRESH-SMELLING, COLLECTOR’S ITEM. MOST ITEMS NEVER USED, bought by me new from stores. I'm selling due to my 3 cancers.. PROVENANCE: Given to me by my Grandmother in 1957. MADE IN: CANADA. FUR: Genuine RUSSIAN FUR SQUIRRELS, soft, medium hair, top quality.  COLOUR: Gray, white and black. SIZE: 28 inches long including the tails, and 3 inches wide. LINING: Soft fur on both sides. CONDITION: Looks and feels unworn. Carefully stored, No Damage. Kept in paid storage in furrier's vault. DETAILS: Possible collector’s item. The squirrels have soft filling. They have heads (real), glass eyes and leather noses and the ears are undamaged.  The two inner squirrels have round clasp with crocheted cover, round rings and crochet string in between. One squirrel has a medium size strong clamp at jaw so you can clamp the shawl to your dress. All four squirrels are joined together near the tails and each pair is joined together at the side of the abdomen and side of neck. So it is a shawl with two squirrels down one side and two down the other and four hind ends and tails at back of your neck.  PHOTO COLOUR: No guarantee exact colour match between item & photos.
