Chic blue mini dress with floral print. Features ruffle accents and a tie back. I did put a basic straight handstitch into each shoulder seam to lift it up a little as the shoulders were always falling down on me, but you can very easily untack that adjustment if you prefer or have broader shoulders or larger bust etc. to let it back down.
