emma_gushue @neon_barbie1 so where the dress would sit on the waist is 12in and or 30and half cm. But it’s super stretchy my waist is 14in and or 33cm and it fits nicely. It doesn’t feel too tight 😃

emma_gushue @neon_barbie1 I’m so sorry I messed up my measurements. So I wasn’t going around the item 😂 total is 24 inch of the dress. Again it’s super stretchy. My waist is 26inch. Brain fart!
