SHEIN black and white blazer size small

New black and white blazer by SHEIN. Never worn. SHEIN clothing comes without tags, but this is new. This is a thin, unlined blazer with no shoulder pads. Perfect for summer because it is very lightweight. Minor stitching issues (pictured) which were on the blazer when I received it.
