SHIEN Thigh High Boats

Purchased a few years ago from Thrift Store. Rhinestones are falling off. Personally have only worn TWICE ! The inside is a fitted heel, with a stretchy material over top that goes up to the thighs, with a good rubber band that stays put! I am 100 pounds, 5' 4, so this definitely was made for kids or tiny ladies like myself.
