jerik @lipsticknjeans then I also received a Michael Kors one that I’d also asked if had been stained or flawed and I was told it was not and I asked how the handles were and I was told they were fine so of course the trusting individual I am I purchased it...and again that’s not at all what I got...The purse was stained inside and out, front and back, the handles were ripped and have some kind of hard, black gunk & I cant get it off! Any advice would be greatly appreciated

jerik @lipsticknjeans they accepted one back but wouldn’t accept the other ones back, and the funny thing is, they accepted the best one out of all of them I was so heated I cannot even I almost was done with Poshmark that day I was so upset because I work so hard to make nice packages and make sure my things are well taken care of and that my customers are going to be happy, I worry about that I’m starting to learn that you should stick to certain people you know you can trust

Don’t ever accept if not as described. Look at ratings of buyers and leave a negative feedback. Leave 5 Stars. Not less. Then the negative FB will show.

cherie_lapin The watch is still at the jewelers. I have been so busy at work I haven’t gone by. He hasn’t looked at it, but told me I could buy a new latch for $40. Not sure if he just wants to sell me a new latch. Lol You know how that is I am sure. I will try to take it to a repair shop. My jeweler doesn’t work with Seiko watches, so he isn’t motivated to fix it. 😘

These items are so new they smell new, and were only worn on a TV show by celebs. Anyway the same two poshers keep lowballing me repeatedly, and when I say low ball, I mean it's offering me $50 on a never worn original price $1200. What do I do to not come off rude, but still make sales?

I don't plan to sell any products that are not allowed, but last year I did purchase a difficult to find favorite perfume? I didn't know it wasn't allowed? I just got an offer for another bottle a day ago out of the blue? I don't plan on purchasing it. Anything I should do?

lipsticknjeans @draginfli Poshmark does not allow perfumes to be sold on this platform. It’s a risk you take when buying it or selling it. Personally! I wouldn’t risk it. Stay compliant and watch your business grow.

makeitchichome Hi there, I just needed your advise on how would I ship a bundle to a buyer where I will be shipping 2 boxes instead of one. The items are too heavy for one box. Poshmark emailed the one shipping label. Do I just get my own label at the Post Office for the 2nd box? 😍 Dorothy

lipsticknjeans @makeitchichome hi. You need to request a heavier label. Go back to your sale. Request new label. It will give you the option to get one for I have your box. It cannot be over 10 pounds. Then you can send it all together. Do not send separately because the buyer can say she never received it and you will not get paid.

conniedg0012 Just out of curiosity, what was your problem with Angela? I sold her a sterling silver mounted agate stone. Great photos and gave precise measurements. She said it was too big when she got it. I made $10 on the transaction and this was a nice piece!!
