SIERRA DEPRESSION GLASS CAKE PLATE

This item is a pink cake plate in the 'Sierra' pattern, produced by Jeannette Glass between 1931 and 1933. The angular art-deco flavor to it makes it an extremely attractive pattern, but the large number of pointed panels in the design results in many, many more places that are likely to chip. Sierra is hard to find without some damage, and this is one of the good ones! The cake plate measures 11 3/4 inches across (including the handles) and is in excellent condition, without cracks, chips, scratches, clouding, or any other damage or defect. They don't come any nicer!
