SIGNED Bracelet "Brown Bear"- by Native Artist Paul Windsor- (Haisla,Heiltsuk)

Amazing Canadian Native Artist Paul Windsor named this very cool designed bracelet "Brown Bear". Colours a nice and vibrant and carries all around the bracelet, you can see the bears face with the art going around the bracelet to the bears tail and right around back to the face. Please see pictures for measurements. This still has the tag on it, New/old stock, could be vintage possibly. I am thinking this is possibly made from wood with a resign overlay showing off this amazing art design.
