Never worn SIMON CHANG black shift dress with faux fur collar and hem, size 4, but fits 4-6. Measures 35 inches shoulder to hem; 17.5 inches pit to pit and 15.5 inch waist. Material has some stretch and is made of 92% nylon and 8% spandex. Concealed zipper in back. Pouch measures 6 x 6.5 inches with a 26 inch shoulder drop.
