SIMONS TWIK Navy Blue Collar Midi Dress

This is a brand new never worn dress. I had intended on wearing this (took the tags off) but unfortunately it doesn't fit me. It's a beautiful navy blue peter pan collar beaded dress. When worn it hits just above the knee giving it a classy look on every beautiful woman out there. The left invisible strap is broken. The right invisible strap is not broken.
