86% rayon, 13% nylon, 1% spandex.
Fits true to size and Measures 18" from waist to hem.

@strahotna no, it’s a stretchy fabric. The measurements of the skirt unworn are small but because of its stretchiness it will fit differently.. not sure if that helps.
