SKIRT / DRESS Paisley multi colour

Beautiful double duty: stretchy skirt or dress. Can be worn as a SKIRT that has a rushed waist with string ties at each side or use as a strapless DRESS with the rushing & ties in the front (chest) & back. Mixed colours: turquoise, pink, fuschia, soft lime green & orange. Fits beautifully but a bitctoo tight for me (1X).
