WAIST MEASUREMENT: 11 1/2 inches not stretched, one side seam to other. 13 1/2 inches with the 2 side elastic panels stretched out. (Waist has hidden elastic for 4 inches on each side.) HIP MEASUREMENT: 21 1/2 inches one side seam to other. LENGTH: 35 1/4 inches waist to hem POCKETS: None LINED: Fully Lined 100% Nylon satin CLOSURE: Seven hidden metal dome snaps all the way down front. CONDITION: NEVER WORN, Undamaged. Kept in cloth garment bag in clean smoke free home. May have a small dimple where hanger was but this will go away and is at top where it doesn’t show.
