Designed by Rudolf Jurnikl, 1960’s for Rosice Glassworks. Gorgeous sky blue colour. Free form, curved shape. Beautifully made, high quality piece of art glass. One small chip on the base, approx 1/8” in size. Not seen when displayed. Otherwise, no noted flaws.
