missgb77 @cindyannebeck Hi Cindy, how on earth I missed your message, I don’t even know? I am so sorry! The inches across the front is 17 1/2 inches. It’s a size 14 and it flares at the waist so lots of hip room. I measured 28 and there’s still room. Very flattering and beautiful dress. There are no flaws or mark etc. like new. I wore it once. Thanks x
