This stunning SL Fashions New York special occasion party dress is a Sz 16. It is sleeveless with a black bodice and elegant gathered skirt in a beautiful abstract floral mix of purples, blues, soft brown, ivory and black with a high low hem and wide attached self belt. The belt can be worn in a bow at the front or back or sashed on one hip for different looks. A Size 16 the measurements are Bust 44”, Waist 36”, and the Hips are 46”. It has a hidden back zipper, two side seam pockets and the bodice and part of the skirt is lined with a net edge that gives the skirt a bit of bounce. A lovely dress, NWT $159US, $245.
