SLNY Evening cocktail hi/lo dress, floral skirt

The black top is nice and soft and the floral skirt is much more structured and holds its shape. The skirt is also higher in the front. The top is also tapered in on the shoulders. Skirt is not lined. Worn only twice, so it's in excellent condition. And there's POCKETS! Love dresses with pockets.
