What a beauty this is! If you're looking for a pretty dress for a function this summer, this is it! I just love this dress. It's a gorgeous turquoise blue with lovely tracing of white flowers. It has a really lovely cap sleeve with a little slit at the shoulder and a touch of a frill. This dress would be beautiful on, and the bottom would move along with you beautifully.
