Hi! The certificate describes three different coins. (This certifies that each issue is officially licensed and individually numbered. Each contains fine bronze, 999 pure silver or .9999 pure gold. 24kt. gold select issues feature pure silver with an overlay of 24kt. gold on select areas.

@asuterasardo A magnet will not stick to this coin. If it was silver plated a magnet would've stuck to it.
I would say it's .999% silver with a
24 carat overlay
