hailbx No zipper? & is it stretchy?

leahp555 @hailbx hello. The back bodice (back of bust) is ruched/shirred with elastic thread so it’s stretchy there. But the skirt part is not stretchy as it’s lined. I think it would fit someone who is a size 6 well. I’m a size 8 and I found it a little right around the hips. There is no zipper. Hope that helps!
