blairbcutie @saswanson I know this is random, but...I saw you ask about a set of scriptures on an older post from February and you were interested in them. If you want to read a Book of Mormon, you can get one for free! It of course won't be the fancy set you saw on here, but the same book, nonetheless! If you go to www.mormon.org , there's an area that says "I want to" and you click "order a free Book of Mormon". Just so you know, in case you're still interested !! :) have a great day!

saswanson @blairbcutie I love SLC. My daughter lives there and works for the church in the museum. I'm there often visiting. She served a mission in Spain, then decided to go back to Utah (graduate of BYU prior to mission). Weather is certainly better than Houston!

saswanson @blairbcutie yes, born and raised in the Galveston area, but have lived in Houston for my adult life. I'm just 5-miles from the Houston temple😊

My husband was born in Argentina but lived in Utah most of his life, I'm born and raised in VA! he got trapped here when he met me ;) haha we don't get to visit utha near as often as we'd like! And I wish we were that close to a Temple, we're about 3- 3 and a half hours. Not too bad, but not 5 miles! Haha
