Size 10Y, fits xs women Approx measurements when buttoned: 12.5" across waist 14-14.5" length Excellent pre-loved condition other than tiny faint stain. Did not notice until closely inspecting 3 times. Is not noticeable because is very small and is sometimes hidden by the pleating or covered by the wrap front.
