Skort from the brand Halara. Very cute pleated style that can be incorporated into an everyday outfit or as an exercise skirt! The shorts are built in and are very stretchy and comfy. Discreet zip closure on the side. Waist: 12 inches flat Length: 16 inches For reference, model waist measurement is 27 inches and is 5 foot 8 inches. Although this skirt works out to a 24 inch waist, I didn't find it uncomfortable to wear, just a bit tight (which I honestly prefer!)
