@natashaharttt hi lovely, sorry for the late response! The chest is 12.5in and waist is 8.5in both without stretch. However, this is a very stretchy dress. The dress will stretch out to fit your body, and it fits like a glove! For your reference, I’m 35in chest, 26in waist, and 36.5in butt.
