ameri_a @racster hi there, arms are 12” around, pit to pit measurement is 18”, pit to edge of sleeve is 18”, shoulder to bottom hem is 24”. Hope that helps!

ameri_a @racster hopefully the shoulder to bottom hem gives you a good idea of that, so it depends how tall you are. And yes it has 2 small hooks along the front that you can use to close if needed!
