meljoywein @taratu not sure how there can be holes - it was never worn - it’s lace so maybe it looks like holes or it ripped when you tried it on? Once you accept the item there is nothing I can do, I’m Sorry! I promise it was never worn so there shouldn’t be holes.

taratu @meljoywein I was about to try it on and that’s when I noticed the first small whole then I brought it over to brighter light and noticed there were more small holes in the lace only at the top on the upper sides and back lace areas. Definitely was unnoticeable when I first opened the package but definitely when you put your hand under the area. I took pics. The bottom lace was fine. I thoroughly looked at that area as well. It was only at the top.

taratu @meljoywein When you zoom in on one of your pics, you can see one of the holes on the left side. The others you won’t see unless your hand is under it (backside). I sent the pics in to Poshmark. I had another damaged item before and she offered a cancellation or to purchase another item (same price) from her closet. Please know that I informed Poshmark that it was definitely easy for a seller to miss.

meljoywein @taratu I think your mistaken - those holes are supposed to be there it’s part of the design - there are holes in the Bottom lace as well. I have 5 star reviews in every single time I sell bc I do not sell anything damaged and I take pride in evaluating every item I sell and pricing accordingly. Every item that has damage is labeled and marked and described in detail on the post. This item has holes throughout the design you can see that in the pics.

taratu @meljoywein It definitely isn’t part of the design. I even had my husband look at the item. I sent the pics in to Poshmark. They should share them with you soon. I didn’t change my rating because I could see how they were missed. I only noticed the first one when I put my hand under the lace. I didn’t even try it on after I noticed the rest of the holes. The pics I shared will explain more.

meljoywein @taratu honey I’m so sorry and I mean no disrespect but I’m not cancelling the order. The money was released and put in my bank account and I’ve spent it. Once you accept the item, poshmark cannot do anything. You have to always make sure to check an item first then open a case review if you have an issue with an item.

meljoywein @taratu I feel so bad bc I’ve never had a dissatisfied customer but at this point in the transaction there is nothing I can do. It is shape wear and meant for under clothing so hopefully you can still wear it and no one will see the holes you say are there. Sorry again!!
